Description

A pair of unpleasant criminals are in the process of blackmailing a helpless old man. Retired actress Tuppence finds herself inconveniently confined within earshot and hears the whole sordid tale play out. But she could see neither criminals nor victim. With almost nothing to go on, and certainly not enough to interest the police, she is at a loss as to what to do. That is until she bumps into some friends, one of whom is a young IT expert who takes up the challenge to uncover their identities. And so begins their quest to bring the villains to justice. Will this disparate group succeed? Will they be able to return the criminal’s ill-gotten gains to the victim?

The Sillingham Robins is an entertaining, compassionate and witty novel, full of hope about old and young working together.  The story is based in Sheringham with events in Norwich, Cromer and Cambridge amongst other locations. Silingeham was the 11th Century name for Sheringham.
