New Broads Guidebooks!

Joe Jackson loves walking (and I’m really going to try and resist the Steppin’ Out joke here, for anyone who remembers that song from the eighties – he’s not that Joe Jackson).  And he likes taking photographs and putting together books about his walks.  Really good books.  And he’s produced lots of them that up to now have only been available online and through a few very limited outlets.

We’ve persuaded Joe to get some printed and I’m very excited to bring you the first two of these new editions covering the Northern and Southern Broads respectively.

Each book is divided up into chapters covering a village or town on the Broads, with a map, photographs and text highlighting the interesting features.  And in each chapter there are one or two walks with a map and guiding text.   All the walks start and finish at either a car park or a Broads mooring, so this book is perfect whether you are travelling by boat, car or even public transport.

These books are printed in full colour with hundreds of photographs and maps, and are excellent value with a retail price of £12.99.  Here’s some example pages from the books:

Walking and Exploring

This comprehensive explorers guidebook consists of 26 chapters, each referring to a village or town where mooring and/or parking is available in the Northern Broads, with local maps and over 50 guided walks.
